Geographer and Environmental Engineer, graduated from the Polytechnic School of the Army, with a master's degree from the University of Salzburg in Systems and Geographical Information Sciences. He has taught at the San Francisco University of Quito, has been an instructor at Unigis International, a geomorphic analyst at Petroecuador, an independent professional, environmental supervisor and field geographer. His specialties are: Precision surveying, environmental mapping for oil infrastructure operations , Multicriteria evaluation for plotting of linear projects, analysis of point patterns - geo applied statistics, infrastructure of spatial data ides, geodesy, geographic information systems, analysis of residual anomalies pre obtaining a local geoid.
