Civil Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of the Army, holds a Masters of Science and Engineering from Cornell University and a specialty in management of Sunderland Polytechnic Laboratories; He has worked as a teacher at the San Francisco University of Quito, Polytechnic School of the Army and International University of Ecuador, author of several scientific publications, has received national and international recognition, has extensive work experience as Structural Engineer in the analysis And design of all types of bridges and special structures; Has been the executor of many important works, one of his last works was as a leader in the design and construction of the bridge "The Caras" of 1.8 km, which joins San Vicente with Bahía de Caráquez, using for this work seismic insulators based Type FPS (Frictional Pendulum System), being a successful decision as I avoided the structure collapse in the earthquake of 7.8 degrees on the Richter scale recorded on April 16, 2016.
