​He holds a master's degree in Production Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain) and a master's degree in Project Management from the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja (Spain). He has worked as a teacher at the Polytechnic School of Chimborazo and has experience as: Application Developer CAM, for computer-assisted manufacturing; Management of improvement of the Integrated System of Quality; Designer of air conditioning, mechanical ventilation and industrial refrigeration systems with their respective control systems; Redesign of mechanical systems, Construction and Assembly of constituent elements, and Automation by PLC of machines; Preventive and predictive and corrective maintenance; Diagnosis and Repair of the Lubrication and Refrigeration system; Inspector of processes of Inspection and Repair of Coating Pipe, Production and Drilling for oil exploitation; Inspector in the manufacture and reconditioning of Tools for assembling oil wells; Inspector in the construction of equipment for facilities; Quality Auditor and Evaluator of Pipeline Suppliers and tools for completing wells, fittings, heads, and parts involved in oil exploitation operations; Re designer of tools used in hydraulic pump applications for oil production.
